Export
What 3D file formats can I export?
Trify3D exports production-ready formats including GLB, glTF, OBJ, and STL. Use GLB for web and real-time, glTF for DCC interchange, OBJ as a universal fallback, and STL for 3D printing. Need FBX or USDZ? Export GLB and convert via Blender.
Should I export GLB or glTF?
Pick GLB when you want one self-contained file for a viewer or engine import — it bundles geometry, PBR textures, and animations. Pick glTF (the unpacked .gltf + .bin + textures folder) when you need to edit individual texture maps or version-control the asset. The mesh data is identical. Can I 3D print a model generated here?
Yes. Export STL and slice it in Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Bambu Studio. STL is the only Trify3D export format that slices cleanly. Run the slicer's repair step for thin walls or non-manifold edges before printing. For portraits, the photo-to-statue tool is a dedicated printing flow.

How do credits work across engines?
One credit pool covers every engine, but each engine charges a different multiplier per generation: Tripo3D 1.0x, Meshy 1.3x, Rodin 1.5x. Running three engines on one input sums them, so it costs roughly three times a single engine. For throwaway props a single engine is enough; for hero assets the comparison is worth the credits.
