Is there a free plan?

Yes. You can try Trify3D free with welcome credits, no credit card required. Sign in with Google to start generating 3D models immediately. When you need more credits or faster generation, upgrade to a paid plan anytime.

How do credits work?

Each 3D generation consumes credits based on the engine and quality level you choose. For example, a standard text-to-3D or image-to-3D generation typically costs 10 credits. AI texturing costs around 4 credits. Higher resolution, higher polycount, or premium engines cost more credits but produce better meshes.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Monthly plans are billed once a month and credits refresh on your renewal date. Yearly plans give you a 20% discount, billed upfront for the full year, but your credits still refresh monthly. For example, the Pro plan is $29.90/month on monthly billing or $24/month equivalent when billed yearly.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No. Your credit allowance resets on your billing renewal date each month. Any unused credits from the previous cycle do not roll over, so we encourage you to use them up each month.

Can I use generated 3D models commercially?

Yes. All paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Max) include a commercial license, allowing you to use your generated 3D models in games, e-commerce, advertising, AR/VR experiences, 3D printing, and other commercial projects without restrictions.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

You can purchase credit packs anytime without upgrading your subscription. Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your account immediately. They are perfect for when you need a few extra generations before your next renewal.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan benefits and remaining credits stay active until the end of your current billing cycle. No early termination fees.

Do you offer refunds?

We recommend trying the free tier first to evaluate the quality before purchasing. If you have a billing issue, contact our support team and we will review your case.

Which export formats are supported?

All plans support GLB, glTF, OBJ, and STL export formats. GLB is best for web and game engines, OBJ for DCC tools like Blender and Maya, and STL for 3D printing slicers like Cura, PrusaSlicer, and Bambu Studio.

Is my uploaded data private and secure?

Yes. Your uploaded images and generated 3D models are stored securely and accessible only to you. We do not share or sell your private assets to third parties.

What AI engines are available?

Trify3D runs multiple AI engines side by side, including Tripo3D, Meshy, and Rodin. The multi-model generator lets you run one prompt or image through all engines simultaneously and keep the best result.
