• Process payments and manage subscriptions

You own your creations. The 3D models, images, and prompts you generate on Trify3D belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

We do not train on your content unless you explicitly opt in to help improve our models. Any opt-in program is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

Generated models are stored securely and are only accessible to you unless you choose to share them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), cloud hosting providers, and AI model providers necessary to deliver the service
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

We retain your account data while your account is active. Generated 3D models are retained for the lifetime of your account unless you delete them. You can request full account deletion by contacting [email protected].

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords.
