Terms of Service

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Use the Service in connection with pornography, gambling, or any adult-oriented industry
• Use the Service for products or services targeted at minors (individuals under 18)
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts to abuse the platform's rate limits
• Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. Trify3D reserves the right to refuse service to any user engaged in prohibited industries at its sole discretion.

Trify3D operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate 3D models. Unused monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period.

One-time credit purchases do not expire. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription payments, one-time credit purchases, and renewals.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges caused by a platform error. To report such an issue, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.

Your content: You retain ownership of all 3D models, images, and content you generate or upload. You are free to use, sell, and distribute your generated models without restriction.

Trify3D platform: The Trify3D platform, including its design, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by Trify3D and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload or generate does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Trify3D reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trify3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
