How Trify3D Works

Trify3D integrates multiple AI 3D generation engines — including Tripo3D, Meshy, and Rodin — into a single platform. When you upload an image or enter a text prompt, the platform sends your input to all available engines simultaneously, then lets you compare the results side by side and download the best mesh.

Generated models include PBR texture maps (albedo, normal, roughness, metallic) and can be exported in GLB, glTF, OBJ, or STL format. GLB and glTF are ideal for web and game engine use, while STL is optimized for 3D printing workflows. The platform runs entirely in the browser with no software installation required.

For developers, Trify3D offers a REST API that enables programmatic 3D model generation. The API supports image-to-3D, text-to-3D, and AI texturing, with webhook callbacks for asynchronous processing.
