Multi-Model AI Platform

AI Image & Text to
3D Model Generator

Run the leading 3D AI engines on the same input, compare results side by side, then export. Trify3D is the multi-model 3D studio — one account, one credit pool, every engine.

“Three engines in one account. I compared results before spending a single credit.”

The Trify3D Difference

One input. Every engine.

Pick a single tool and you're stuck with its weaknesses — bad topology day, weak texturing, you start over on another platform. Trify3D runs the same prompt or image through multiple leading 3D engines at once, so you compare meshes side by side and keep the best one. One account, one credit pool, no tab-juggling.

How it works

Three steps. Zero friction.

Go from idea to game-ready asset faster than any traditional workflow.

1

Describe or Upload

Type a text prompt or drag in a JPG, PNG, or WEBP reference image. Pick an AI engine, set style and detail level, and choose your target output format before generating.

2

AI Generates

Trify3D reconstructs geometry, UV-unwraps the mesh, and applies PBR texture maps — albedo, normal, roughness, and metallic. Most previews are ready in under a minute with live progress.

3

Export & Ship

Download production-ready GLB, glTF, OBJ, or STL files. Drop them straight into Unity, Unreal, Blender, Three.js, or a 3D printing slicer — no manual cleanup needed.

You retain full ownership of every 3D model you generate — use, sell, and distribute them commercially without restriction. Always ensure you hold the rights to any source image you upload. See our Terms for details.

Credits spend across all engines (Tripo3D, Meshy, Rodin) from one shared pool. Each generation draws credits based on engine and mode; compare engines on the same input via multi-model mode.

Image to 3D questions, answered

Quick answers on generation time, export formats, commercial use, and the AI engines behind Trify3D.

What is an AI image to 3D model generator?

An AI image to 3D model generator turns a flat photo, sketch, or concept art into a real 3D mesh you can rotate, edit, and export. Trify3D reconstructs geometry and applies PBR textures from a single image in under a minute — no 3D modeling experience required.

How long does it take to generate a 3D model from an image?

Most generations are ready in under a minute. Speed depends on the AI model you pick: Tripo3D P1 is fastest at around 30 seconds, while Meshy V6 and Rodin V2.5 prioritize fidelity and take closer to 90 seconds.

Is Trify3D free to use?

Yes. New accounts start with 50 free credits — no credit card required. Paid plans unlock more monthly credits, priority generation, and all export formats, with one-time credit packs available if you need a top-up without a subscription.

What 3D file formats can I export?

Trify3D exports production-ready formats including GLB, glTF, OBJ, and STL. Use GLB for web and real-time, glTF for DCC interchange, OBJ as a universal fallback, and STL for 3D printing. Need FBX or USDZ? Export GLB and convert via Blender.

Can I use the generated 3D models commercially?

Yes. You retain full ownership of every model you generate and can use, sell, and distribute them commercially without restriction. Always make sure you hold the rights to any source image you upload.

Which AI models power Trify3D?

Trify3D is a multi-model platform that routes your prompt across leading 3D AI engines — Tripo3D, Meshy, and Rodin (Hyper3D) — so you can compare speed, fidelity, and price in one workflow instead of juggling separate accounts.

Do I need to install any software?

No. Trify3D runs entirely in your browser. Upload an image, pick an AI model, generate, and export — nothing to download or install.

What images work best for image to 3D?

For best results use a clear, well-lit photo of a single object on a plain background. Photos, concept art, sketches, and AI-generated images all work. Avoid cluttered backgrounds, heavy shadows, or multiple overlapping objects.

What is a multi-model 3D generator and why does it matter?

A multi-model 3D generator runs the same input through several AI engines side by side so you can compare meshes before committing credits to export. Trify3D's whole differentiator is one credit pool across Tripo3D, Meshy, and Rodin — instead of separate subscriptions to each, you compare in one studio and keep the best output.

Should I export GLB or glTF?

Pick GLB when you want one self-contained file for a viewer or engine import — it bundles geometry, PBR textures, and animations. Pick glTF (the unpacked .gltf + .bin + textures folder) when you need to edit individual texture maps or version-control the asset. The mesh data is identical. See the export formats reference for the full breakdown.

Can I 3D print a model generated here?

Yes. Export STL and slice it in Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Bambu Studio. STL is the only Trify3D export format that slices cleanly. Run the slicer's repair step for thin walls or non-manifold edges before printing. For portraits, the photo-to-statue tool is a dedicated printing flow.

Which engine should I pick?

It depends on the subject. Tripo3D is fastest at ~48 seconds (1.0x credits) and good for hard-surface props; Meshy takes ~76 seconds (1.3x credits) and leans organic and character work; Rodin takes ~90 seconds (1.5x credits) and pushes highest-fidelity PBR. The multi-model comparison exists precisely so you do not have to guess — run two or three on the same input and pick the winner in the studio.

How do credits work across engines?

One credit pool covers every engine, but each engine charges a different multiplier per generation: Tripo3D 1.0x, Meshy 1.3x, Rodin 1.5x. Running three engines on one input sums them, so it costs roughly three times a single engine. For throwaway props a single engine is enough; for hero assets the comparison is worth the credits.

Do the exports include PBR textures?

GLB and glTF exports carry albedo, normal, roughness, and metallic maps baked in — the full PBR set. OBJ and STL are geometry-only by spec and drop texture data. For any workflow that needs materials, export GLB.
